Information on the processing of personal data by Wrocław Partynice Racecourse.

What are the purposes of the processing of your personal data by the Wrocław Partynice Racecourse?
We process your personal data because it is necessary to:
- contact you in order to conduct a telephone conversation, e-mail, or postal correspondence with you in relation to matters concerning the activities carried out by Wrocław Partynice Racecourse, e.g. in order to respond to your enquiries or to take actions aimed at concluding relevant contracts, agreements, making arrangements for possible cooperation, accepting applications;
- conclude relevant contracts, orders, and agreements, employ staff, accept applications for participation in connection with the performance of the statutory activities of the Wrocław Partynice Racecourse, i.e. the organisation of horse races, the organisation of sporting events, the organisation of competitions, the conduct of horse riding lessons, the organisation of summer play centres for children, etc.

ANNOTATION 1 CONTACT REGARDING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE WROCŁAW PARTYNICE RACECOURSE
Scope of data: data necessary to contact you; depending on how we contact you, this will be data such as: name and surname, company name, telephone, e-mail address, and postal address. In the event that the discussions involve arrangements to conclude a contract, agreement or other mutually binding arrangements with you, we will additionally process the data required for such activities, i.e. NIP, REGON, and KRS number.
Your provision of the personal data indicated above is voluntary, but without it, it will not be possible either to contact you or to conclude a contract with you.
Legal basis: as regards the processing of data to answer a question you have asked (via form, e-mail, telephone, or post), the basis for processing will be the controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with users of the website. GDPR: see article 6(1)(f). Your data will be processed for no longer than is necessary for us to respond to you unless the messages contain content relevant to the assertion of possible claims or the defence of claims, in which case we will keep the selected messages until those claims expire.
With regard to the processing of data for the purpose of entering into a contract with you, an agreement or making other arrangements which are binding on both parties, the basis will be the need to take steps to enter into a contract. GDPR: see article 6(1)(b). Your data will be processed for the duration of the contracts and post-contract settlements and thereafter for the time necessary to comply with tax and archiving obligations in the event that processing is necessary to assert or defend against possible claims until such claims have expired.
ANNOTATION 2 ENTRY INTO RELEVANT CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS FOR WORK, ACCEPTANCE OF REQUESTS OF PARTICIPATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE STATUTORY ACTIVITIES OF THE WROCŁAW PARTYNICE RACECOURSE.
Scope of data: data required for all kinds of civil law contracts, i.e. this can be data such as: company name, name and surname, bank account number, PESEL, NIP, postal address, e-mail address, telephone, additional data required under special regulations in the case of employment, i.e.: work experience, information on disability, professional qualifications etc., in the case of participants in sports or leisure activities: health data, date of birth etc., in the case of horse racing data: data on stables, colours, trainers, horse ownership, winnings etc.
Your provision of the personal data indicated above is voluntary, but without it, it will not be possible to conclude a relevant contract, agreement, assignment etc., with you.
Legal basis: we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contracts, agreements, and orders concluded with you based on the provisions of civil law or based on the provisions of the (Polish) labour code in the case of employment, based on the horse racing regulations in connection with your participation in horse racing, based on the act of 7 September 1991 on the educational system and the Ordinance of the minister of national education of 30 March 2016 on the recreation of children and youth in connection with the participation of children in the summer play centres and, furthermore, in order to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on Wrocław Partynice Racecourse arising, in particular, from the provisions of the accounting activities and the provisions of the tax acts. GDPR: see article 6(1)(b) and (c).
Personal data is stored for the duration of the contract, agreement, order etc., concluded with you and thereafter for the archiving period required by statutory provisions, i.e. the labour code or the accountancy act and tax laws.
ANNOTATION 3 VISUAL MONITORING

Legal basis: I process the data for the purpose of protecting persons and property, ensuring security and order on and around the controller’s premises, and for the purpose of managing the traffic of visitors to the controller – in the case of monitoring data – due to the controller’s legitimate interest in accordance with article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, which includes ensuring that the controller is able to respond in situations where incidents disrupting order and endangering the safety of persons and property on the controller’s premises occur, as well as in situations where it is necessary to manage the traffic of the controller’s visitors and, furthermore, to ensure the safety of employees and the protection of property pursuant to article 222 of the labour code of 26 June 1974.
Data retention period: Surveillance records are kept for a period of approximately 30 days from the date of recording. After the expiry of the aforementioned period, the surveillance image recordings are overwritten by further surveillance records.
ANNOTATION 4 NEWSLETTER
Scope of data: e-mail address, IP number, as well as information about the newsletter subscriber’s activity, i.e. date of subscription to the newsletter, information about newsletters received by the subscriber, when the subscriber opens the newsletter and when the subscriber clicks on a link in the newsletter.
Providing your e-mail address is voluntary, but failure to provide it will prevent you from subscribing to our newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To do this, click on the relevant link in the newsletter message.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing you with the Wrocław Partynice Racecourse newsletter, containing information about current events related to Wrocław Partynice Racecourse activities, and in analysing whether the newsletter meets your expectations, e.g. whether you have used the links included in it. Data retention period: until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or Wrocław Partynice Racecourse ceases to publish the newsletter.
