    3. accepts that an instructor employed by Wrocław Partynice Racecourse is responsible for the child’s safety during the classes.

  7. The fees for services offered by the Wrocław Partynice Racecourse are in detail presented in the price list, which is an annex to the order of the mayor of Wrocław no. 7485/17 of 12 July 2017.
  8. Horse riding classes are conducted by an instructor with the relevant qualifications – at least an instructor of physical recreation with a specialisation in horse riding.
  9. It is permissible for trained persons of 14 years or older, under the supervision of a certified instructor, to lead horses during classes.
  10. Rides take place on appropriately prepared ponies and large recreational horses, which the instructor selects for the class participants depending on their level.
  11. Horse riding takes place, depending on the weather and the skills of the participants, in an indoor riding arena, an open square or outdoors.
  12. Children from 3 years of age, teenagers and adults can take part in the classes, provided they do not have any health contraindications to horse riding (in case of any doubt, a medical consultation is necessary).
  13. Each participant in a horse riding class should wear appropriate riding attire that complies with safety requirements during the class, i.e.: a helmet with a three-point buckle, shoes with a low heel and trousers that protect the legs from abrasion. In addition, chaps to protect the legs from abrasion and gloves are recommended. The Wrocław Racecourse provides participants with protective headgear for the duration of the class.
  14. For safety reasons, participants are required to tie up their hair and remove jewellery (especially rings, long earrings, etc.) during class.
  15. It is compulsory to wear a protective helmet with a functioning three-point buckle. Those who do not comply with the above recommendation will not be allowed to participate in the class.
  16. In the case of individual classes (longeing, individual training), being late more than 15 minutes (and in the case of group classes any late arrival) may result in the instructor refusing to conduct the class.
  17. A participant in a horse riding class may not, without a clear permission of the instructor or a stable employee:
    1. enter the stalls where the horses are,
    2. lead horses out of their stalls,
    3. feed the horses (permission must be obtained from the instructor if you wish to reward the horses with treats).
  18. During the class, each participant is obliged to follow the instructor’s instructions and directions while exercising full caution and not creating dangerous situations for themselves, other participants or the horses.
  19. Each class participant or person in the stables and dressage area is obliged to observe the applicable safety rules, including the current Regulations of the stables, riding hall dressage area and training grounds.
  20. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted to classes.
  21. The instructor is responsible for qualifying a participant to take part in specific activities on each occasion.
  22. In the event of danger to the life or health of a participant, the instructor must immediately call an ambulance and notify the participant’s legal guardian (if the participant is a minor). Until the arrival of the relevant services, the instructor shall provide the injured person with pre-medical first aid.
  23. Wrocław Partynice Racecourse is not responsible for belongings and valuables left by the participant on the premises without his supervision.
  24. Wrocław Partynice Racecourse does not provide personal accident insurance for participants. It is recommended that participants have their own personal accident insurance.
