Declaration on Digital Accessibility

Wrocław Partynice Racecourse undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the provisions of the act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The accessibility statement applies to the subject page of the Public Information Bulletin: https://bilety.torpartynice.pl

Website publication date: 2023-01-02

Date of last significant update: 2023-01-02

The website is partially compliant with the act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities or exemptions listed below:

Content not available digitally:
  1. Not all non-text elements (graphics, images presenting relevant information) have alternative text or content descriptions added.
  2. Not all downloadable files (in .pdf, .doc and other formats) are prepared as accessible, i.e. they are not structured to allow blind persons to view them or are scans of documents. Thus, it is not possible to read them with supporting computer programmes. As an alternative to some of the unavailable .pdf files, .doc files are available.
  3. Not all texts on the website are written in a way that is accessible to people who do not speak the official language on a daily basis. We are working to clarify difficult words, develop abbreviations and not use incomprehensible vocabulary in newly published texts.
  4. Some of the published texts do not have a proper heading structure.
  5. Not all tables have headings and captions.
  6. Some link descriptions provide insufficient information about the content to which they direct, and some links within the same website do not open in the same window.
  7. No service map
Content not available digitally due to exemptions:
  1. Text and text-graphic documents, documents created in software designed to create presentations or spreadsheets, published before 23 September 2018, are excluded from the accessibility obligation unless their content is necessary for the performance of the entity’s tasks.
  2. Maps are excluded from the obligation to provide accessibility.
  3. Files produced by entities other than Wrocław Partynice Racecourse and submitted for publication as hard copies or scans are not available due to a lack of access to the source data. This also applies to declarations of assets which are handwritten, then scanned, and which the subject is not entitled to modify.
  4. Archived content not used for current tasks is excluded from accessibility.
Facilitation:
  1. one can use the standard browser keyboard shortcuts on the website
  2. the website is equipped with mechanisms to make it easier for visually impaired people to view the content:
  • changing the font size,
  • changing the contrast,
  • the website is built using CSS styles,
  • links to the most important parts of the website.
  1. The website is prepared to be operated on the screens of mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets.
  2. IT technology – so-called responsive web design – was used to build the website, which automatically adapts the website modules to the screen resolution of a mobile device.
