We hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of the personal data provided during registration is the Wrocław Partynice Racecourse in Wrocław;
  2. The contact details of the Data Protection Officer are e-mail: iod@torpartynice.pl;
  3. a) Personal data, i.e. name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, and in the case of issuing an invoice, also the address and Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP), will be processed for the purpose of executing the contract for the sale of tickets and admission cards for horse riding classes as necessary for the performance of the aforementioned contract on the basis of article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016; b) Personal data, i.e. e-mail, will be processed for the purpose of receiving from the controller by e-mail information related to marketing, promotional activities, etc. (e.g. e-mail notification of competitions, news, special events) on the basis of consent i.e. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
  4. Some of the above-mentioned personal data may be shared with the online payment operator PayU S.A. in order to enable payment for a ticket or an admission card for a horse riding class;
  5. The personal data provided will not be transferred to a third country;
  6. a) Personal data collected for the purpose of performance of a contract for the sale of a ticket and an admission card for horse riding lessons will be stored for the duration of the contract, as well as after its termination for the purposes of performance of the obligations arising from the provisions of the law, including, in particular, taxes and accounting purposes, archiving. b) Personal data collected for the purpose of receiving from the controller by e-mail information related to marketing, promotional activities, etc. (e.g. notification by e-mail of competitions, news, special events, etc.) will be processed until your consent is withdrawn. (e.g. e-mail notifications about competitions, news, and special events) will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
  7. You have the right to access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  9. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, in the case of the sale of tickets and admission cards for horse riding classes, necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
